Memsha Consultancy is a results-driven consulting firm led by women that serves both non-profit and for profit making organizations. It provides innovative, accessible, and inclusive services and programs to strengthen and improve the operations
of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs/NGOs).
Memsha specializes in organizational development, corporate governance training, program development, grant management, and more.
Memsha has a traceable record of over 25 years of experience, collaborating with various CSOs and private companies and governmental institutions. Its services are designed to address contemporary management and sustainability needs.

Memory Ndoro-Mandiya
Lead Consultant/ Co-founder of Memsha
Memory Ndoro-Mandiya is the lead consultant and co-founder of Memsha Consultancy and the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ). She oversees the day-to-day activities of Memsha Consultancy, focusing on ensuring that the organization lives up to its mission of building partnerships for individual and organizational change, ultimately achieving long-term sustainability.
As a co-founder of MAZ, Memory has served on several boards and is a member of the Institute of Directors. She is a trustee member of the National Blood Services of Zimbabwe (NBSZ), the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ), and serves as the Business Development Chairperson for Women University Hope Fay Hotel. Additionally, she is involved with Tennis Zimbabwe, among other initiatives.
With over 25 years of experience in marketing, Memory has a strong background in the retail, tourism, mobile telecommunications industries, and civil society organizations, specializing in corporate strategic management and organizational development.
